What is Duey?
Duey is a set of writing tools that put your text into Google Docs, Slides and Word Online with a natural, person-shaped edit history.
Duey helps the work you put into Google Docs, Google Slides and Word Online look like you wrote it there. Instead of one big paste, your text arrives the way a person writes: over time, in bursts, with a version history to match.
It has four parts:
- Sessions: runs on Duey's servers. Give it your draft and a deadline, close the tab, and Duey writes it into a Google Doc over hours or days.
- Auto Typer: a browser extension that types into the document you have open, in real time. Works in Google Docs, Slides and Word Online.
- Humanizer: rewrites AI-generated text so it reads as human-written.
- AI Detector: scores how likely a passage is to be AI-written.
You can also run Sessions, the Humanizer and the Detector from inside Claude or ChatGPT. See How do I use Duey from Claude or ChatGPT?
