Subscription Billing
Subscriptions to Duey.ai are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You may discontinue your subscription at any time from your account settings or your payment provider.
Refund Eligibility
Generally speaking, payments for Duey.ai subscriptions cannot be refunded.

First, try cancelling from your account settings. If you run into trouble, reach out to hello@duey.ai with CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION in the subject line for prompt assistance.
Exception Process
If a situation involves a software malfunction or service error, we will consider refund requests. Customers must provide detailed documentation of the technical problems encountered. This approach enables our support team to troubleshoot issues and work toward resolution.
