Duey Auto Typer Pro
Human-like typing is now its own extension.
Duey Pro types your text into Google Docs the way a person would: natural rhythm, pauses to think, the odd typo fixed a moment later. It is included with your Duey subscription.

What changed, and why
Typing that reads as a person needs real keystrokes, and Chrome only lets an extension send those when it is built around one particular permission. Rather than weigh down the extension forty thousand people already use, human-like typing moved into its own: Duey Auto Typer Pro.
The Duey extension you have keeps everything else: Fast typing, Google Slides, Word Online, multi-block typing and the humanizer. Pro takes over one job, typing into Google Docs like you would, and does it properly.
How the two work together
Two modes, one control. Nothing to manage.
One Duey on the page at a time
Install Pro next to the Duey extension you already have. On a Google Doc you see one gold button, not two.
Switch from either side
Both extensions carry the same Typing mode control: Human-like or Fast. Flip it in whichever one is open and the other steps back.
Human-like by default
On Google Docs, Pro is the default. Fast typing stays a switch away in the Duey extension when speed matters more than realism.
What Pro does
Measured against how people actually type, not a speed slider.
Types at your tempo
A one-minute calibration measures how you type, and every run matches it. Or choose Default, or Faster, the quickest setting that still reads as a person.
Pauses to think, fixes its typos
Pauses between sentences and paragraphs the way a writer does, makes the occasional typo, and corrects it a moment later.
Headings, bold, lists and links
Write with formatting and it lands in the document as formatting, typed in place.
Plan a session with rewrites
For longer pieces, Duey types a first draft of a passage, reconsiders it, and rewrites it to exactly what you wrote. You approve every rewrite before anything is typed.
Honest progress
A live progress bar with a time estimate that corrects itself, pause and resume, an emergency stop key, and a notification when the run ends.
Hide it and keep working
Minimise the panel to the edge of the screen and carry on in other tabs. Chrome keeps typing in the background.
Nothing extra to pay
Pro is part of the Duey subscription you already have. Install it, sign in with your Duey account, and it unlocks. Your bill does not change.
Not subscribed yet? The Duey extension stays free for Google Docs and Slides at fast speed. Subscribing unlocks Pro alongside it.
Good to know
- Google Docs only, for now. Slides and Word Online stay in the Duey extension. Word Online is next for Pro.
- Chrome shows a bar at the top while it types. That is Chrome's own notice that an extension is sending keystrokes. Leave it in place; it goes away when the run ends.
- Pro tops out at a realistic speed on purpose. Faster is about as quick as a person types. When speed matters more than realism, switch to Fast in the Duey extension.
Questions
- Do I need both extensions?
- For Google Docs, Pro is all you need. Keep the Duey extension for Google Slides, Word Online, the humanizer, and Fast typing. They are designed to sit side by side.
- Does Pro cost extra?
- No. Sign in to Pro with your Duey account and your existing subscription unlocks it. Nothing changes on your bill.
- I do not have a subscription yet. Can I still use Pro?
- Pro requires a Duey subscription. The Duey extension stays free for Google Docs and Slides at fast speed, and subscribing unlocks Pro alongside it.
- Why is there a bar at the top of Chrome while it types?
- That is Chrome’s own notice that an extension is sending keystrokes to the page. Pro uses that channel to type into the document you started and nothing else. The bar disappears when the run ends.
- What happened to Pro mode in the Duey extension?
- On Google Docs it now opens Duey Pro. On Slides and Word Online it works as before.
- Will Pro come to Slides and Word Online?
- Word Online is next. Until then, the Duey extension covers both.
