How do I use Duey from Claude or ChatGPT?

Add Duey's MCP server to your assistant once and approve it. Then ask in plain language, with no API key needed.

Duey connects to AI assistants through its MCP server. Once it's added, you can ask things like "Write this into a new Google Doc by Friday" or "Pause my history essay", and the assistant does it.

Set it up: follow the install guide. It has step-by-step instructions for Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients. The server URL is https://app.duey.ai/api/mcp.

The first time the assistant connects, you'll see a Duey approval screen. Approve once. There's no API key to manage.

What it can do: twelve tools covering Sessions (create, preview, pause, resume, cancel and check progress), the Humanizer, the AI Detector and your account status. Formatting in your draft comes through as real Google Docs formatting.

Disconnect an assistant: go to app.duey.ai/settings, open Connected apps (MCP) and click Disconnect. Its access ends immediately.

The connection itself is free. Normal plan limits apply to what it does.
