What does my AI Detector score mean?
The score is how confident the detector is that the text was AI-written, not the share of the text that's AI.
The score is a confidence level. 75% means the detector is 75% confident the text was written by AI. It does not mean 75% of the text is AI-written.
No detector is perfect, ours included. A detector is itself an AI making a prediction, so treat the score as a signal, not a verdict.
Your own writing got flagged? False positives happen with every detector. The best defence is being able to show how you wrote it. Drafting in a Google Doc keeps a version history you can point to.
