If you were charged but haven't used Duey to create any work, we'll refund you. Refunds take 3–5 business days to appear.

Already used Duey? We'll cancel future payments instead.

Something went wrong? Email hello@duey.ai and we'll look at it case by case.

How long does it take? We process refunds straight away, but they usually take 3–5 business days to show up. That timing is set by banks and card companies, not by us.
