How do I cancel or change my subscription?
From app.duey.ai/subscribe, click Manage Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Go to app.duey.ai/subscribe and sign in.
- Click Manage Billing. This opens our secure billing portal.
- From there you can cancel, update your card, switch between monthly and yearly, or download invoices.
When you cancel, you keep Duey Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Payment failed? If your subscription is past due, the same Manage Billing button lets you update your card and restore access.
